Returns and Refunds
The Customer may request a return of the order within 14 days from the delivery date, following the procedure indicated in this policy.
The product must be returned in its original condition. Once the return is received, Buttero will inspect the product before authorizing the refund.
How to request a return
To initiate a return request, the Customer must:
- log in to their account using the email address associated with the order.

- follow the indicated procedure
Once the request is received, Buttero Customer Service will provide all the necessary information to complete the return procedure.
Size exchange and item exchange
The Customer may request a size exchange or item exchange by contacting Buttero Customer Service at customerservice@buttero.it, indicating:
- order number
- purchased product
- desired size or item as replacement
The exchange is subject to availability of the requested product and is free of charge.
Return costs
Returns are handled exclusively through the pickup service organized by Buttero.
In case of a refund request, the cost of the return service is borne by the Customer and corresponds to the rate applied based on the order's destination:
- Italy: €10.00
- Europe (EU + Norway): €18.00
- Non-EU (Switzerland + United Kingdom): €20.00
- USA / Canada: €35.00 for orders up to €500 and €50.00 for orders over €500
- Rest of the World (Middle East, Australia, Asia, Africa, South America): €70.00
The cost of the return service will be deducted from the refunded amount.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method chosen by the Customer at the time of purchase, following receipt and inspection of the returned product, within the timeframes set forth by applicable law.
Condition of returned products
To be accepted, the return must meet the following conditions:
- the product must be intact and returned in its original packaging
- it must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged
- it must be complete with the original tag and security seal
Should the returned product fail to meet these conditions or require restoration work, Buttero may apply a deduction proportional to the costs required.
Defective or damaged products
Should the Customer receive a defective product or one not conforming to the order placed, they must contact Buttero Customer Service, providing the order number, a detailed description of the issue encountered, and any photographic documentation useful for verification.
Buttero will carry out the appropriate checks on the report received and, should a non-conformity of the product be established under applicable law, will proceed with the solution provided for by the applicable regulations, including replacement of the product where possible and subject to item availability.
Upon delivery, the Customer is required to check the integrity of the outer packaging and the presence of any visible anomalies.
In case of a damaged, tampered with, or visibly altered package, the Customer must accept delivery with a specific reservation noted or refuse it, so as to allow Buttero to carry out the necessary checks with the carrier.
Any complaints regarding visible damage to the packaging or shipment must be promptly reported to Buttero Customer Service, in order to allow proper handling of the matter.
